What we collect
When you contact us through the website or engage us for a workflow teardown, we collect your name, work email, firm name and any context you choose to share.
We do not run third-party analytics or behavioural trackers on this site.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a teardown, send a proposal, or fulfil an active engagement.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketers.
How we store it
Engagement records and correspondence are stored on infrastructure operated within India and the European Economic Area, with access restricted to active project staff.
Privileged client material handled during an engagement is processed under the terms of the signed engagement letter, including the data-handling clauses agreed for that workflow.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@matterlabs.in. We respond within 30 days.
