This notice is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and explains how Matter Nodes Pvt. Ltd. processes personal data of visitors and clients in India.
Data fiduciary
Matter Nodes Pvt. Ltd., operating as Matter Labs, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through matterlabs.in and through engagement work.
Lawful purpose
We process personal data for the specific purpose for which you provide it, namely responding to enquiries, delivering engaged work, invoicing, and meeting statutory and contractual obligations.
Categories of data
Identifiers (name, work email, firm), engagement context that you provide, and project artefacts processed during an active engagement under the data-handling clauses of the engagement letter.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, update and erase your personal data, to nominate a representative, and to grievance redressal.
Write to the Grievance Officer at hello@matterlabs.in. We acknowledge within 7 days and respond within 30 days.
Withdrawal of consent
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already done. To withdraw consent, write to hello@matterlabs.in.
